1. About this manual
Published under section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act. It explains what records GlamShap holds and how to ask for them.
2. Asking for your own information
Use Get a copy of my data in the app. It is free. We confirm your identity first and answer within 30 days.
3. Asking for other records
Write to the Information Officer at privacy@glamshap.me using PAIA Form 2. A fee set by regulation may apply.
4. If we refuse
We give reasons. You may complain to the Information Regulator or apply to a court.
