Delete your GlamShap account
You can delete your account yourself in the GlamShap app. If you can’t use the app any more, email us and we’ll do it for you.
In the app
If you book beauty services
Open Profile › Privacy and data › Delete my account. If you still have an open booking, a dispute or an amount owing, the app shows you what to finish first. Then confirm it’s you with your PIN or fingerprint.
Your account closes straight away and your personal details are deleted within 30 days.
If you’re a beauty pro
Open Profile › Privacy and data › Delete my account. The app lists anything still open — money, bookings or a case. Then confirm it’s you with your PIN and the code we send you.
Your profile is hidden from clients at once and you have 14 days to change your mind. After that your pro profile and your client account are erased. Unused credits can’t be paid out as cash.

Without the app
Email privacy@glamshap.me with the subject “Delete my GlamShap account”. Tell us the mobile number you signed up with and whether you use GlamShap as a client, a pro or both. We confirm it’s you before we delete anything, and let you know when it’s done.
Never send us your PIN, card details or a copy of your ID — we will never ask for them.
What is deleted
- Your name, photo, mobile number and email, and your sign-in (PIN, linked Google, Facebook or Apple sign-in, devices).
- Addresses, your beauty profile, sensitivities and the people you book for.
- Photos you uploaded, saved favourites and open requests.
- Chat messages — the other person’s copy shows “Deleted user”.
- For pros: your profile, bio, portfolio, service menu, business documents, ID photos and selfies, bank details, trusted contact and private notes about clients.
What we keep, and for how long
Some records must be kept by law or in case of a claim. They are locked away from everyday use and deleted when the period ends.
- Booking, payment and tax records
- 5 years, with your name replaced by “Deleted user”
- Closed disputes and safety reports
- 3 years
- Your reliability record
- Without your name, until its entries are 90 days old
- Reviews you wrote
- Stay, shown as “A GlamShap client”
- Consent records and proof that you asked to delete
- 3 years
- For pros: your ID verification result and date (not the image)
- 5 years
